Closing the books on the 20/21 financial year!
What a year!
Not many of us could have predicted the year that was. This time last year, Electroscan QLD was still quite a new business and like many other businesses, we were bracing ourselves for the worst as the COVID crisis kicked into full gear. We have been lucky here in the sunny state compared to other states, but the year was not without its challenges.
Despite all the curveballs that the year threw at us, we have had an incredible year and we are immensely grateful to our wonderful clients, fantastic partners and of course – our terrific team!
Here is our highlight reel of the year that was:
100% client satisfaction
We won’t brag about which projects we’ve worked on because we believe in protecting the business of our clients, but we absolutely will brag about our track record for providing great service!
The Electroscan team have worked on many projects this year and are very chuffed to have a 100% customer satisfaction rate. We pride ourselves on being able to support our clients through any uncertainty over the course of their projects and working collaboratively to resolve any issues that arise. All our clients have come back to us with repeat business, and we are proud to be their trusted partner in utility location.
Growing the team
Speaking of repeat business…we’ve happily grown our team to keep up with demand and maintain our standard of accurate and timely utility location services. In the last 12 months, our team has doubled in size!
Our team of professional locators and surveyors are all incredibly experienced, passionate about how our tools and technology can help the industry and most importantly: love working with clients. You can meet some of the team.
Aside from growing in numbers, our team has also continued to grow professionally. Adam, who joined our team with extensive experience in potholing and QL-A verification recently added DBYD certification to his belt and became a fully qualified utility locator. Congratulations Adam!
Expanding our services
It isn’t just our people who have grown, our services have scaled up too! With the acquisition of a new non-destructive digging unit in late December and Adam’s expertise, our in-house capabilities have levelled up. If you would like more information, you can read all about our new unit here.
We are now able to provide clients with an all-inclusive utility survey service – from QL-A right through to QL-D! For our clients, that means they can come to us for all their surveying needs on one invoice.
